Carbohydrates that we eat converts into sugar in our body. When we intake many carbohydrates in our diet and a low amount of proteins, then our weight increases. Some sugary products like cakes, candy, soda also cause:

We eat many medicines and follow different diet plans by lowering our body requirements but not exercising because calories cannot be burned without challenging exercise.
4) MORE STRESS:

MC4R is a gene that encodes the melanocortin four receptors is present in the human body. When this gene is affected, the person feels hungrier and eats more food. When a person intakes the food, its fat tissues, pancreas, and digestive tract activates. They send signals to the brain through different hormones like insulin, leptin, and ghrelin, brain. 6) POOR SLEEP:
We are so busy that we have no adequate sleeping period that our body requires in today’s time. There are many reasons for poor sleeping:
- Our work
- Social media
- Mobile phone
Due to this situation, our body loses its energy, and we feel hungrier. Due to this, we eat more and sometimes eat some unhealthy food due to which abdominal fat increases.
7) SMOKING:
Research shows that smoking also causes obesity but is not the direct way to generate fat. It’s a risk factor.

1) GOOD NUTRITION:
By eating good and healthy food in our diet, we can lose weight and avoid unusual abdominal fat. And good nutrition also has many other positive impacts on our body, and we can enjoy a healthy life. We should avoid food that contains Trans facts. We should use a sufficient amount of proteins and carbohydrates in our daily diet.We should eat fruits and vegetables to balance our proteins and carbohydrates.
2) MORE EXERCISE OR PROPER EXERCISE:
In addition to the excellent nutrition, we should also take exercise. Due to the challenging activity, we are losing body weight.
3) REDUCE STRESS:
We should take meditation and yoga to relieve stress.
4) PROPER SLEEPING PERIOD:
We should take care of our sleeping to rest, heal, and recover our bodies. Proper sleeping is key to good health.
5) AVOID SMOKING AND ALCOHOL:
We should avoid smoking and alcohol because they cause many health issues. They both are not the direct cause of obesity, but they cause the health issues that result in obesity.
